Manage Gazayerli’s Clients’ infrastructure including datacenters, Servers, Databases, office 365 cloud services, VoIP solutions, Internet and VPN connections, assets and software inventory management, backups and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage, Hire, Appraise, Develop, and create training plan for IT team (IT support and System administrators).
- Manage / Administrate On-premises Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, SQL, Backup systems, Kaspersky endpoint security and other different Application Servers.
- Manage Network devices such as FortiGate Firewalls, Fortinet WAP, Cisco and HP Edge and core switches with different VLANs, Cisco Routers, Aruba Instant Wireless Access Points, QNAP NAS Storages.
- Network installation projects (Active and Passive) management, New Servers, NAS and SAN storage installation, etc.
- Microsoft 365 cloud services including but not limited to; Clients tenants management, products and licenses management, Exchange Online Management, Microsoft Azure Management, SharePoint, MS Teams , Microsoft Azure SSO, etc.
- VMware ESXI management using vSphere and vCenter.
- IP telephony systems such as Grand stream and Yeastar IP PBXs and other IP telephony systems.
- Websites hosting management including WordPress based websites and Laravel platform as well as to manage Google Analytics management.
- Manage Linux/ubuntu based environment on cloud (Hetzner) and on premises systems including PostgreSQL backups and Cron Jobs administration.
- Manage day-to-day operations for IT staff using Gazayerli Ticketing system including incidents and problems reporting to clients’ concerning parties.
- Manage Gazayerli’s IT related Purchasing and Selling activities for Hardware, Software and Service as an IT supplier.
- Manage Clients’ SharePoint Online Projects as well as Clients’ Different Document Management systems.
- Create, develop, and maintain IT policies and procedures for clients to ensure highest IT environment security and reliability.
- Manage IT new projects for current clients as well as for new customers including Project planning and tracking, Project resource management, Scope Management, Scheduling Management, risk management.
- Propose new technologies and services and help clients in preparing proper IT budget and new IT projects cost.
- Communicate with IT vendors to get best technical and financial offers for clients’ requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5 + years of professional and managerial/ team leading experience including at least 5 years in managerial level (Team Leader / Supervisor /Manager), recommended being in IT service provisioning industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Servers, Networking, Telecommunications, security, HW/SW and technology, and Business Solutions. Requires strong business and management skills.

- CCNA, CCNP and MCSE certifications are preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
